HOW LONG DOES EACH SERVICE TAKE?Guest appointments are booked for 45 minutes. The client getting married will be booked for a minimum of 60 minutes.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CONSULTATION AND TRIAL?The consultation is where we chat about all things wedding, from location to beauty looks. This can be done in person, phone or over video chat. The trial is the fun part! This is where we get to try the beauty looks you shared during the initial consultation to see what works best for your big day.

WHERE DO TRIALS TAKE PLACE? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?I'm a freelance artist based on Long Island. I don't have a studio I work out of. I either travel to my clients, my clients come to my apartment in Commack, NY, or I can rent a space for our trial. There may be travel/rental fees, depending on the location. I recommend booking your trial no earlier than 6 months before your wedding. I find that booking your trial too early could result in wanting a second trial. Sometimes trends change and it could change your mind about your beauty look...it happens! With that said...you do you!! If you want to book your trial asap, I won't stop you. Schedule: November-March - You can book trials any day of the week April-October - Weekdays are preferred, I can see if I can squeeze you in on a weekend but it may be tough. Timing: Hair and makeup trials are booked for 3hrs, or 90mins each. This gives us enough time to chat and try out different looks if necessary. If you're planning on wearing extensions, hair accessories, veil, etc. I recommend having them for the day of the trial.

WHAT'S YOUR STYLE OF MAKEUP?Skin! Skin! Skin! We want our brides to glow on their wedding day and look like their most stunning self. We want you to recognize yourself when you look back at your wedding photos 20 years from now. That being said, our bridal work is on the more natural side. Our goal is to even out skin tone, make those cheekbones pop, and make your lashes full! If you want your makeup to look dramatic (like you may see on social media) we might not be the makeup artists for you. If you’re set on a more dramatic look and still thinking of booking with us, we can always play during the trial!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED? WILL YOU TRAVEL?We're based on Long Island and can travel to wherever you need!

DO I NEED TO BOOK A CONSULTATION/TRIAL?No need to book a consultation. We can always chat via email if that's more your style. However, trials are a must. The trial is your time to ask questions, make decisions and really tune in to your perfect look. You’re more likely to be happy with your hair or makeup the day of your wedding if you book a trial beforehand.
-
